Alton Towers Resort: Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs - the 4-D Experience.
This Ice age experience is for all the family, it opens in Cloud Cuckoo Land on the 24th March. It is based on the film Ice Age and fans will love the combination of 3d footage and the fun physical effects which transform you into the world of the Ice Age characters Sid and Scrat. Look out for the characters who can be seen walking around the Alton Towers Park ready to meet all your family.
Alton Towers - Nemesis Sub-Terra Buried deep beneath Alton Towers there is a new attraction waiting for brave visitors to take a look, the new subterranean scarefest will take visitors on a heart stopping journey through different catacombs. This attraction is based on the Nemesis rollercoaster opened in 1994.
Thorpe Park 2012 — The Swarm is the Uk's first Wing Rider rollercoaster, this new attraction romises a thrilling flight through an apocalyptic wasteland on the wings of an invading swarm of nasties.
Legoland Windsor Hotel— This is a brand new hotel opening in the grounds of Legoland Windsor in 2012, offering great location for families wanting a Theme Park weekend break. The hotel has lots of child friendly features including whoopee cushions, exploding toy boxes and treasure trials. The hotel also has themed areas including Pirate, adventurer and kingdom themed rooms as well as play spaces, a splash pool and regular childrens entertainment.
LEGO Star Wars Miniland Experience - Seven of the most famous scenes from the star wars movies and a scene from the animated star wars have been created in 1:20 scale using 1.5 million LEGO bricks.
