Paultons Family Theme Park offer a range of facilities to make your family day out as enjoyable as possible. A range of services and facilities are provided to cater for all your needs.
Paultons Theme Park - Visitor Services
The Visitor Services office is located just inside the entrance to the park. Staff at the Visitor Services office are able to assist guests with queries such as park facilities and lost property. The Visitor Services office also hires strollers to parents with young children.
Paultons Theme Park - First Aid Centre
The First Aid Centre is staffed by trained and qualified personnel. The First Aid Centre also acts as a meeting point for lost children and lost parents.
Paultons Theme Park - Baby Care Centre
The Baby Care Centre provides facilities for parents with babies. The centre offers feeding and changing facilities as well as a separate area for mothers to breastfeed. Paultons theme park also provide baby changing facilities in toilets throughout the theme park. Food and bottle heating for babies is provided at the kiosks and restaurants within the park.
Paultons Theme Park - Shopping
There are a selection of shops at Paultons which sell a variety of toys, photographic products, souvenirs and unusual gifts. You can also purchase a souvenir photograph at the Ride Photo Kiosk. Ride photos are available to buy after you ride: The Raging River, The Stinger and The Flying Frog.

Parking for Visitors with Disabilities
A number of parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available at the top of the car park near to the admissions kiosks. Disabled parking permits should be clearly displayed upon entrance to the car park and while your car is parked throughout the day.

Guide dogs are allowed into Paultons theme park when accompanying a visitor with disabilities. Guide dogs must be accompanied at all times. Guide dogs that are still undergoing training will not be permitted inside the theme park.
Paultons Theme Park - Wheelchair Hire
Paultons offer wheelchair hire free of charge to disabled visitors. Wheelchair hire should be booked in advance wherever possible due to the limited number of wheelchairs available. Wheelchairs can be collected and should also be returned to the First Aid Centre. The First Aid Centre is fully staffed at all times when the park is open.
Paultons theme park is flat and there are very few steps. The majority of the paths around the theme park are tarmac. The exceptions are the Grass Garden, Japanese Garden and the walk around the far side of the lake which are compacted gravel paths.
Toilet Facilities for Disabled Guests
Toilets with facilities for disabled visitors are available in four locations within Paultons theme park:
Outside the main entrance to the theme park: to the right of the admissions desks
At the Wagoners Restaurant
At the 'Rio Grande Station'
In the block at the new 'Cobra' ride

Access to Restaurants and Shops for the Disabled
The Station Restaurant and the Wagoners Restaurant both have double doors for wheelchair access. Seating is unfixed so that wheelchairs and pushchairs can easily be accommodated. All patio areas around the restaurants are step-free and ramped.
All shops within Paultons theme park are fully accessible to wheelchair users. All shops at Paultons have double doors and wide corridors for wheelchair and pushchair access.
Wheelchair users may find that the counters in restaurants, kiosks and shops are at an awkward height. Staff at Paultons are always happy to assist should any help be required.
Fast Track Access to Paultons Rides for Disabled Visitors
Paultons Family Theme Park operates a fast-track system for disabled visitors. Disabled visitors and their party should report to the First Aid Centre as soon as they enter the park. Staff in the First Aid Centre will assess disabled visitors against set criteria which determines whether or not they are able to queue in the usual way. Wristbands are issued to disabled visitors and their party. Should there be any doubt that the visitor does not meet the set criteria, supporting documentation may be required. Paultons will issue a wristband to the disabled visitor and up to 3 members of their party.
Paultons will issue the disabled person who is unable to queue a blue coloured wrist band. Accompanying members of the party will receive an alternative coloured wristband. To gain fast access onto any rides at Paultons, one of your party must have a blue wrist band on. Accompanying guests will not be able to fast track onto a ride unless with a disabled visitor wearing a blue wristband.
Ride operators at Paultons theme park are not allowed to physically lift or carry a visitor, even with the assistance of a carer or family member.
